Celebrating 36 Years of Solo Work!

     In December 1975, Farrell Dyde presented his first concert in Houston under the auspices of Houston Contemporary Dance Theatre (now defunct).  On that concert was the very first solo dance theatre work that was created and performed in Houston.  The work, Yin Yang (1975) proved to be a personal breakthrough and was the work that truly launched his career in Houston, one that continues today despite many ups and downs, exactly 36 years later.  Below are video excerpts from a selected number of those works from various years representing only highlights of the over 30 solo works that Dyde has created.
